build(deps): bump glob and @netlify/functions

Removes [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@netlify/functions](https://github.com/netlify/primitives/tree/HEAD/packages/functions/prod). These dependencies need to be updated together.
