docs: sync with implementation and fix OIDC example

Regenerated API documentation to reflect latest package versions
(@probitas/client-http 0.7.1, @probitas/probitas 0.18.1) and fixed
OIDC client configuration example that referenced non-existent
clientSecret property causing type errors.

The manual configuration example was removed as OIDC Discovery is
the recommended approach. Optional parameters are now shown as
comments to keep the example focused on the essential pattern.
