Please release a new Hackage version

The current Hackage version depends on servant (>=0.16.2 && <0.17), servant-multipart (>=0.11.5 && <0.12), which conflicts with GHC 9.0+.

The master branch does not seem to depend on them. It would be nice if you can publish a new version on Hackage.

Unfortunately, there's a major rewrite going on on master and I don't currently have time to complete it. It will be released when it's done.
