Pro Perks still classified after completing the challenges

What happened?

I have completed the challenges for some perks, and yet they still are classified.
I unlocked them before, and I used a command to go prestige-before the prestige bug was fixed-
And the challenges are already completed but it didn't evolve to pro.
Idk if it unlocks at a certain level or is it a bug.

Expected result

The perks changes to pro.

try pasting statsetbyname rank 49;statsetbyname rankxp 1262500;prestigerequest;uploadStats into the in-game console, it will force a prestige and execute the proper challenge resets and etc.
