Migrate DNS daemon

NSD3 is EOL this month (May 2016)
Either upgrade to NSD4 or change to Bind9. Bind is probably easiest as there are packages in Wheezy for it.

Depending on future infrastructure, NSD4 in Docker works nicely. NSD4 outside of docker probably works fine as well.
