Bug description
When tag plugin is activated, an 'Execution error' message (see below) each time I save a form after any change of an existing question (the title, type, visibility, ..)
However, the change is applied.
Then is no problem while creating a new question
The problem disappear when I disable tag plugin.

I don't know if it is related, but when I display the form list in debug mode, I get :
