Would be possible to set in the Config object a property to disable the notifier?
Why should this feature be added?
I might be in a situation where I want to disable all plotly notifications. And handle any type of communications by myself.
I would like to have notifier in the style of my project and since our project have already the toaster, I would prefer to handle toaster myself and disable the plotly one.
