Problem

for older pcs, or werid virtual machines like v86 that only support 32bit code

Expected behavior

this would really help as package managers on these slower systems lag them out quite a bit

Most OS and toolchains have dropped 32-bit support, so maintaining and testing for 32-bit environments is kinda inconvenient.. I'll look into whether adding 32-bit builds is feasble, but can't guarantee it'll happen..
