Docs: Need to document more `piped` installation options

A strong advantage using PipeCD is that the stateless binary piped agent can be installed on many environments, not just k8s and local. We need to document this, taking inspiration from the 0.55x docs.

I’m still working on this issue, there was a slight delay from my end while going through the existing installation docs. I’ll be opening a PR shortly.
