Problem or use case

Consider adding a CLI or commands to the existing server to support thread management for external orchestration. An external implementation can be found at https://github.com/kcosr/t3code-threads.

Why this matters

This allows internal and external agents to easily manage T3 threads. A common use case is having a real-time voice enabled agent manage threads on the user's behalf, reading responses, etc.
