Connection parameter dropdown options do not update when parameter is changed. #9630
Description
If you happen to change the sslmode option in the dropdown to sslnegotiation then the only values you get are the options for sslmode (require, verify-ca, etc)
The correction options (direct, postgres) don't show.
If you switch tabs back and forth, then the options will update.
Since it's mostly cosmetic, I'm just reporting this in case it's this sort of state management bug is a compound cause other issues.
