2 different Readme.md's in root of the Repo

When cloning the repo on Windows there are 2 readme files - README.ME & readme.md which cause this to appear in the git output

not sure which one is the right one and whether 1 needs removing for the other at all

I've no idea how it happened but Windows definitely doesn't like it. I'm going to fix it in WSL when I get a chance this weekend. I'd ignore it for now and just stage the files you changed.
