Connection line styling is off

Found as part of a UI review for rHOAI v6 migration by one of the designers, it looks like the connection line between nodes has incorrect styling. In RHOAI, they're seeing blue arrows with a gray line on hover/clicking the line:

Per @jenny-s51 this needs to be resolved in both v6 and v5 branches
