Review providing a light mcp client tailored to the mcp server

Description

Internal auditing and e2e testing both leverage variations of a light MCP client that is specifically tailored for the MCP server. Review passing that back towards consumers for an "ease of implementation" when consumers produce their own model chat.

Acceptance criteria

• Reviewed the viability of exposing a light MCP client for consumers.
• May be able to bundle it back into the codebase to replace the e2e testing and audit clients.

• Ties into
  • Nice-to-have containerized/embedded model, client, server chat
  • Agentless use of the server
    • Potentially expose the server tools through a simple interface so we could provide the same internal type of searching tool ability directly to a user but also all of the tool plugins that may have been added/activated.
    • Expands the MCP server viability
