Description:

In order to allow users to quickly setup different type of projects, the cli needs the ability to allow users to specify the project they would like to setup. Currently the following need to be supported:

• Patternfly react seed starter app
• Compass theme patternfly seed starter app
• NextJS starter app
• Product starter app (e.g. rhoai prototype seed)
• Custom template for users to specify their own start app

Acceptance Criteria:

• Patternfly react seed supported?
• Compass supported?
• NextJS supported?
• RHOAI prototype supported?
• Custom user defined templates supported?
• Tests have been written
• Documentation has been updated

For custom templates portion of this issue, a user should have the ability to create a configuration file for their templates. This will allow people to create an share templates with one another.
