docs: Rename "Navigation" to "Chat history" across docs.

Since we really just refer to this as the chat history drawer (including in conversations, docs, code), I think it would make sense to update the heading of this docs section to reflect that (https://staging.patternfly.org/extensions/chatbot/ui#navigation). I don't think this would cause any issues, but open to feedback.
