[DOCS] - Create datafast-usage-guide.md for coding assistant

Many developers build with coding assistant.
We should be able to create a strip down version of the documentation and examples and instructions that can be easily parsed and ingested by LLMs and assistants like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code etc.

Maybe we can take inspiration from the proposed https://llmstxt.org/
