Description

@davidnmbond

Summary

Front-page content on page 1 has horizontal/alignment differences vs the Word/PDF reference.

Scope

  • Document: panoramic-data-document-2026.dotx
  • Reference: panoramic-data-document-2026.pdf
  • Area: page 1 front page (logo/title/header table)

Observed Behavior

  • Header/table text blocks are not consistently aligned to the same X positions as the reference.
  • Some centered/left-aligned elements appear slightly shifted.

Expected Behavior

  • Horizontal alignment (including centered title and table columns) should match reference.

Reproduction

  1. Run the demo comparison with panoramic-data-document-2026.dotx + panoramic-data-document-2026.pdf
  2. Inspect page 1 in the side-by-side + diff panel

Acceptance Criteria

  • Column and heading X positions match reference layout intent.
  • Diff artifacts from horizontal misalignment are reduced on page 1.

Notes

  • This is tracked separately from vertical spacing to isolate fixes.
