New hackage release of v3.5 and 3.6

Hi,

I know this is not the original repository of haskell-cpython, but do you know whether the 3.5 and 3.6 branches could be pushed to upstream or whether they could be the basis of new hackage releases?

We're not able to push them upstream from our end, as far as I know. Whoever owns the original repo would need to pull them.

Similarly, we have no control over the hackage releases, I'm afraid.
