Mtrigger hash system

Rather than Mtriggers being recognized by name, they should be imprinted into demos as a hash or ID so that they can be compared regardless of the outward facing name of the Mtrigger. This would allow for easier comparison between runs and would allow for additional security measures during run verification.

SAR 1.13.12 adds a primitive checking system for this -- the name and 'description' (metadata) are recorded into demos. Hashing/checksumming is next if it is deemed necessary.
