Default font should be Sans Regular

Hi, I’ve been running Mint for a few months now and overall it’s been terrific. One small piece of feedback from a design perspective - it would be great if the default UI font were set to Sans Regular. The packaged Ubuntu font isn’t as readable and takes away from the overall polish of the OS. It may seem minor, but it makes a noticeable difference.

Hmm, mine seems to be set to Noto Sans, but don't think I chose it specifically.
