Moodle - WebWork integration issue

Hello,
I've a server with Moodle 3.9 installed and another server with webwork 2.15 installed. I tried to integrate Moodle - Webwork by following the board instructions in this repo.

When i try to add Webwork Problem Set a course, i got this error:
Exception - Application error

also mysite/webwork 2_wsdl return xml but mysite/webwork 2_rpc return Bad Request. I tried every line on INSTALL_and_CONFIGURE.md but i can't figrued out.

What causes webwork2_rpc page not working? or what am I missing?
