Feature Request: Visual Detection Zones & Detection Event Streaming

Hi,

It would be great to have:
1. Visual Detection Zones – define areas for motion or object detection via web UI or API, to ignore irrelevant regions.
2. Detection Event Streaming – send detection events in real-time to an external system (e.g., MQTT, NATS) instead of only logging them.

1. Visual Detection Zones have been implemented a few weeks back, and 2 detection event streaming requires more thought.
