Adapt audioScreen to current features of NVDA #2
Description
- Make the settings dialog available from the multi-category settings of Preferences submenu, with possibility of using configuration profiles.
- Don't use NVDA+shift+a, used for say all with review cursor in laptop layout.
- Add audioScreen category to change gestures from the Input gestures dialog.
