[Feature Request]: Support for extra nuxt module commands

Hi there,

It would be nice if it were possible to perfom actions like

### Removing a nuxt module

```
nuxt module remove image
```

### Upgrading a nuxt module

```
nuxt module upgrade image
```

Where the remove command can also update the `nuxt.config.ts` and the upgrade command updates the package to the lates version
