org results page keyboard controls not working #2338

Describe the bug
The org results page, (like https://npmx.dev/org/atcute) does not navigate in the same nice way that the search results page does. It'd be an a11y improvement to support arrow up/down and enter to navigate purely with keyboard on the org results page just like the search results

I'll have a PR for this momentarily for y'all's consideration :)
