Verify build reprducibility with `clang`

We run regular test builds to ensure that the Node.js binary can be built in a binary reproducible fashion. With the intention to move to later compilers we should set up a job to confirm that reproducibility can be performed when building with clang instead of gcc on Linux-based systems.
