Describe the bug
Folder descriptions are broken on stable33 and main. The folder description editor doesn't load in Files app.
We have to migrate to @nextcloud/files v4 to fix this. See nextcloud/collectives@d4442e7 for how this was done in Collectives (minus the part that keeps support for stable32 and below).
