User can't edit their submitted forms

Describe the bug
Even after enabling the setting that allows users to edit the information submitted in a form, when the user returns to the form, they are unable to do so.

To Reproduce

1. Create a form, then in the settings pane on the right. Enable "Allow editing own response".
2. Use the internal link with another account with an incognito browser to reach the form. Once connected, fill and submit the form.
3. Try to edit submitted response. You will see that it's not possible. You can only view our confirmation that you had completing the form and view our own result.

Expected behavior
At step 3, it must be possible to change already submitted information by editing our previous answer.
