New local tcp4 Face re-created every 2 seconds or so

Steps to reproduce:

0. Make sure no NDN apps are running on the phone
1. Open NFD android app, "Faces" screen
2. Note tcp4://127.0.0.1 face at the bottom of the list
3. Continuously tap "Reload" button every 1-2 seconds

Result:
The face gets new (increasing) ID numbers over time.

Expected:
Nothing changes, as no external apps are running.

This is a “feature” of the NFD android. Face is created for each refresh, so that’s why you seeing new faces.
