`promote_current_thread_to_real_time` failures on OSX

promote_current_thread_to_real_time(8192, 48000) fails on Mac Intel platform with AudioThreadPriorityError: thread promotion error: thread_policy_set: time_constraint
The other values in tests::it_works do not throw
The return value of thread_policy_set yields [src/rt_mach.rs:152:9] &rv = 4
I can test on the M1 platform later, if desired.

Hm, 4 would be KERN_INVALID_ARGUMENT I think. From kern_return.h, see osstatus.com.

This KERN_INVALID_ARGUMENT originates from the info->computation > max_rt_quantum check inside XNU. max_rt_quantum is 50ms.

8192 frames at 48kHz is a ~170ms cb_duration, resulting in an ~85ms computation time.
