Signing into Modrinth App via Discord fails

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

Describe the bug

If you try to sign into Modrinth on the app it will redirect you to the browser. Then if you are not already logged in you have to login there, but if I try to sign in with discord and then authenticate, then it will say something along the lines of access token not found and then it won't work. but if you sign in first on browser and then try to sign in on the app, the session is already authenticated so it works fine

Steps to reproduce

1. Click sign in on Modrinth App
2. You will be redirected to your browser, but you are not logged into Modrinth.com there
3. Login using Discord and authenticate
4. Error will appear saying that access key not found or something

Expected behavior

MFA code prompt should probably appear first before trying to sign in
it's probably a problem with the MFA, because it doesn't prompt for MFA code when i try to sign in with discord from the app's redirect
