Improve CLI / TUI experience for DNS and HTTP auth when publishing

Stepping through DNS auth or HTTP auth via the CLI commands one needs to run is a fairly clunky experience. You need to be careful with what you copy paste, run sequences of commands, etc.

This could be simplified for the end-user by embedding these sequences into the mcp-publisher CLI tool. Perhaps even adding some sort of TUI layer on top of it (but let's start by embedding the commands into the CLI tool that interactively guides you through the steps.
