UI Resource Permissions Discrepancy between Spec and SDK

There seems to be a discrepancy between the spec and the SDK when it comes to UI resource permissions.

The UIResourceMeta.permissions in the spec defines that permissions should be booleans but the SDK is using empty objects instead of boolean values.
