Maintain count of DS18xxx Family devices.

* Added count of number of DS18xxx Family devices found on the OneWire
bus during the scan in begin().

* Added a method to return that count to the user.

* Updated parameter type of setAlarmHandler() in .cpp file to 'const
uint8_t* deviceAddress' so that it will match declaration in .h file.
