I have the environment active, numpy is installed but it given error that numpy is not installed #929

I had this issue for the same machine.
environment active
numpy installed
vs code reflects the active env. but says numpy isn't there
ok, reinstalled numpy on env.
closes and restarted
I still have the error.
I remember one time removing vs code altogether and reinstalling it fixed it
