看不到运行过程

在使用Python Environments 插件以后，我的powershell替换为conda终端，但是整个程序运行的过程不显示，只有在运行完成以后，才会显示所有的运行过程。

禁用python 环境以后，每一步运行过程都会显示，我怀疑是python 环境插件的bug

I am thinking this might be the cause: #640. I do wonder if any of the changes we have made in the newer versions of the python environments extension which are only on VS Code insiders might help.

换到24年的python插件或者卸载python environments才不会出现这个问题

Also try repro in your local terminal.

I'm not sure if #640 is the issue, there should be ^C visible if this is the case. Maybe this is related to the conda output clearing.

After using the Python Environments extension, my PowerShell terminal was replaced by the conda terminal. However, the entire process of the program running is not displayed. Only after the execution is complete, all the running steps are shown at once.

Switching to the 2024 version of the Python plugin, or uninstalling the Python Environments extension, prevents this issue from occurring.

I have a clear example to report: when using the "Run Python File" button, the terminal automatically refreshes, making it impossible to see the output results.

@hhucchenyixiao from the output it looks like you are on an older version of the extension- we have removed --live-stream from the command as one example. Could you update to the newest version of vscode and the python environments extension and see if that makes a difference?

if not @anthonykim1 should be able to help with this problem if those earlier steps don't work
