Python-env button disappers when clicked.

What happened

• In WSL2: Debian, I found that when I click the button of python environments extension, it will disappear.
• When this happen, it looks like that the extension is still working, but the button disappeared.

I found a similar issue but I have set the "python.useEnvironmentsExtension": true, which doesn't work.

Still in WSL2:Debian, I found that when I use 'pip install ', the log shows that:

It seems that the extension trys using /bin/python3 instead of the python in my conda env.

After reinstalling the vscode server, the first problem has been solved!
