VSCode forgets Python intepreter with the environments extension #603

Behaviour
After installing the Python Environments extension VSCode will forget the selected interpreter for a workspace after reloading the window.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a project.
- Select an interpreter for the project.
- Reload VSCode. The selected interpreter is now the default one and not the one selected in 2).
