incorrect env shown for project while create new environment for project

1. create new python project, like package
2. select to create env along with it
3. see the spinner as the new env is created
4. the new project will show up in the project dropdown but will say the global / wrong environment while the env is being created and only after creation updated to the correct env.
5. 🐛 would be good if the incorrect env doesn't show while loading
