Error viewing PR descriptions in ghe

Steps to Reproduce:

1. View a pull request description
2. The view gets stuck on Loading... and errors appear in the logs

Everything else seems to work like seeing comments and file changes

This looks like a transient GitHub issue. Do you still see this?

No, this still happens. I try every few days, but its still been the same.

Anything else I could check?

Two things:

• Command "Developer: Toggle Developer Tools" and share the contents of the dev console
• In the Output view, share the output from GitHub Authentication and GitHub Enterprise Authentication

After that, you could try signing out of GitHub and GitHub Enterprise in VS Code and signing in again.
