Python: DevUI fails when uploading Pdf file (tested on Python Foundry Agent)

Hi,

I've found an issue in DevUI when uploading pdf files (tested using an AI Foundry Agent / responses API).

The app fails with this error:

I think it's because the DevUI is not attaching a filename property to the content part of the request that is sent to the Foundry Agent.

@victordibia this was GPT 4.1.
I added the fileName property in Fiddler and it worked fine. So definitely a dev-ui issue.

Fwiw the devui needs to add additional metadata to the DataContent, containing the file name for it to work.
