[CloudMirror] The sample's CfDehydratePlaceholder return 0x80070187

OS version: Win11 10.0.26100
Windwos SDK version: 10.0.26100.0 & 10.0.22621.0
Arch: Intel x64

The CloudMirror sample runs ok in Win10. But it's dehydration didn't work in my Win11 platform. The file icon didn't convert from

to

when i click the 'free up space' menu, it's

instead. And i checked the file property which capacity was not zero, it didn't free up sapce indeed.

I made a small change below and get the return code is 0x80070187

I searched the code which seems mean the cloud file is in use, but who else was using the file?

why does it work well in Win10?

what's more weird is it worked fine in files i choosed in batch and then little of them would convert to

as expected.

Can someone help to explain the reason?

I wrote another program which called CfDehydratePlaceholder only with Sample running, it worked well.
