chore(package): update modules and add 'npm audit' to increase security

- update modules
- add 'npm audit' in scripts to improve security
- pin 'node-sass' to version without 'hoek' security issue: this should be
restored to the officially released version as soon as the following PR is merged:
nodejs/node-gyp#1492
