blitzloop should try to disable screensaver/dpms during playback

It's already fairly standard in media players, I think it could be a nice improvement -- I just had my screen turn off in the middle of a song :)

I might take this one on when I'm done refactoring my portaudio changes.

I suspect switching to mpv might have taken care of that already, but haven't checked.

mpv supports --stop-screensaver, --no-stop-screensaver if anyone wants to test this (see its man page)
