Option to revert to text labels for review and help buttons

It should be as simple as document.querySelector('.js-review-button').innerHTML = "review"; and document.querySelector('.js-help-button').innerHTML = "help";. Doing this would make the top bar much closer to the original.

My current plan is to implement options for:

• Add labels to the icons:
  
• Show labels instead of icons.

These should be in the next version.

Excellent! Will the "show labels instead of icons" be granular (i.e. have an option for each icon), or all-or-nothing? I don't mind the inbox and awards having icons, since they did in the old top bar, but review is just terrible, and help used to be a label, too.

The current plan is that it will be able to be controlled as all, or individually if no selection has been made for all.
