keys.mailvelope.com is hard coded in homepage and manage keys page for hkp usage

I have setup keys.puri.sm, but it still shows keys.mailvelope.com but https://keys.puri.sm/manage.html shows,

I think this should be dynamically selected based on request url or at least configurable

For now I modified src/views/{index.html,manage.html} to replace keys.mailvelope.com with keys.puri.sm
