Accessing a travis-build-report shows at the top:
"Since June 15th, 2021, the building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Please use travis-ci.com from now on."

According to the communication of travis, they want to merge the opensource and private projects on one domain while changing their github-access approach from oauth to github-app. No financial consequences for open source projects.
