[BUG] - Listing or submitting app requests returns 500

Describe the bug
Submitting new apps or browsing existing app requests seems to be broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://apps.heimdall.site/request/list
2. See error

Alternatively:

1. Go to https://apps.heimdall.site/request/create
2. Fill out data for new app
3. Click Save
4. See error

Expected behavior
App requests functionality be available as documented.

Additional context
I was trying to contribute by adding a new application, but I'm now on a lengthier tangent than what I prepared for. I don't know how to fix the site, or if contributing to the database without using the app requests feature is possible.
