Two Flatpacks Refuse To Install But Remain Listed

Describe the bug
Two flatpack items show, and are ready for installation. When I select Install Updates, Update Manager cursor spins - no installation happens - and reverts to the same list of two programs. (I am not prompted to enter my login to proceed, either)

The programs are:
Nuclear (player)
org.gnome.platform

To Reproduce
These items still show in Update Manager after rebooting Mint.

Expected behavior
Items with checked boxes should install

Today,there were two additional updates listed in addition to what I listed above. These two newer updates finished and were removed from the list, but the same two stayed.

I right-clicked on each and chose "Ignore the current Date for this package" and they were both removed from the install list!

I am unsure if this is expected behavior though. It appears it is not as this is the first time I have run into this.
